Team  Registration - 2024

    is interested in participating in NJPL T20 and is completing this application form accurately and completely. Team agrees to all requirements as set forth in the following sections and agrees to provide all documents required along with the completed application form. Team also understands that upon receipt of completed form, supporting documents and league fees, the NJPL T20 Executive Committee will review the application and notify the team/club officers of their decision.

    Eligibility Requirements for Team

    1. Fill and submit the registration form accurately and completely .
    2. Have a playing roster of at least 15 players – which should be notified to the league before the first scheduled game of the team.
    3. If a team has access to a playing ground; document of evidence of ground permit must be submitted along with application. This team should also provide for cricket equipment necessary to host a match for example matting, stumps, bails, field-markers etc. as well as Johnny-on-the-Spot for sanitary needs of the players.
    4. Agrees to abide by constitution and by-laws of NJPL T20. And also agrees to indisputably accept all the decisions made by the executive committee on their behalf including but not limited to all rules and regulations, request of fees or dues etc.
    5. Teams Fees: Teams are independently responsible for providing a proof of their Team insurance and if applicable their Ground Insurance. League is not liable for any injuries, medical expenses incurred by any player while on the ground.
    6. Must have paid all fees listed below:
      1. League fees: Participation to the NJPL Summer T20 league per team is $700 for teams with an available ground and $1000 for teams without a ground. The league registration fees will be utilized toward the purchase of league insurance, cricket balls and other administrative functions and activities.
      2. New Team Registration Fee: There is an additional $250 non-refundable fee for any new team joining the NJPL Summer T20 league. This fee is required to process the new team's registration and cover initial administrative costs. It is due at the time of registration and is separate from other league and umpire fees.
      3. Umpire fees: Each team is required to pay directly to the umpire at the end of the game. Ground fees: NJPL will be utilizing grounds around the Central/ South New Jersey area and there are maintenance costs involved. The funds from the annual fees will be utilized for ground maintenance and other related expenses.
