    is interested in participating in NJPLT20 2025 and is submitting this application form accurately and completely. The team agrees to comply with all requirements outlined in the following sections and commits to providing all necessary documents along with the completed application form.
    The team acknowledges that upon submission of the completed application form, required supporting documents, and payment of league fees, the NJPLT20 Executive Committee will review the application. The committee will then notify the team or club officers regarding their application status and final decision.

    Eligibility Requirements for Team

    NJPLT20 2025: Team Registration and Participation Terms
    1. Accurate and Complete Registration
      All teams must accurately and completely fill out and submit the official NJPLT20 2025 registration form. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may result in delays or disqualification.
    2. Minimum Roster Requirement
      Each team must have a playing roster of at least 15 players, which must be officially submitted to the league before the team's first scheduled game of the season.
    3. Ground Access and Equipment Requirements
      • If a team has access to a playing ground, documented proof of the ground permit must be submitted along with the registration application.
      • The team must also provide the necessary cricket equipment to host matches, including but not limited to:
        • Matting
        • Stumps and bails
        • Field markers
        • Johnny-on-the-Spot (portable restroom) for player sanitation needs.
    4. Compliance with NJPLT20 Constitution and By-laws
      • All teams must abide by the NJPLT20 Constitution and by-laws.
      • Teams agree to unconditionally accept all decisions made by the NJPLT20 Executive Committee, including but not limited to:
        • League rules and regulations
        • Fee requirements and due payments
        • Match scheduling and dispute resolutions
    5. Team Insurance and Liability
      • Teams must provide proof of team insurance and, if applicable, ground insurance.
      • NJPLT20 is not responsible for any injuries or medical expenses incurred by players while participating in league activities. Each team and player must assume full responsibility for their safety and medical costs.
    6. League Fees and Payment Structure
      Teams must complete the following payments before the season begins:
      • League Participation Fees:
        • $750 per team for teams with an available ground.
        • $750 (Registration) + $500 upfront + additional contributions as required during the season for teams without a ground.
        • These fees cover league insurance, cricket balls, ground fees, administrative expenses, and other league activities.
      • New Team Registration Fee:
        • A non-refundable $250 fee is required for any new team joining NJPLT20.
        • This fee is due at the time of registration and covers administrative costs related to processing new team entries.
      • Umpire Fees:
        • Each team is responsible for paying the umpire directly at the end of each game.
      • Ground Fees:
        • NJPLT20 will be utilizing grounds across Central and South New Jersey, which require maintenance.
        • Annual league fees will contribute to ground maintenance and other necessary expenses.
    By signing below, the team acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions for participation in NJPLT20 2025.


    NJPLT20 2025: Liability Waiver and Indemnification Agreement

    As the President/Captain/Manager of my club, I take full responsibility for my club and all registered players during the NJPLT20 2025 season.

    I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NJPLT20, its officials, Board of Directors, representatives, and agents ("Releasees") from any liability, claims, or damages, including those arising from negligence or negligent rescue operations.

    If I, any player, or anyone acting on behalf of a player initiates a claim against the Releasees, I agree to indemnify and cover all legal expenses, fees, and damages incurred as a result.

    By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted this waiver for the NJPLT20 2025 season.

    NJPLT20 2025: Code of Conduct Agreement

    We agree to abide by and follow all laws, rules, and regulations as stated in the NJPLT20 Constitution. We commit to playing in the true spirit of cricket, maintaining the integrity and sportsmanship that define the game.

    The President, Captain, and Vice-Captain of our club will be held accountable for any misconduct or violations by our team. They will ensure compliance with any disciplinary measures imposed by the NJPLT20 Executive Committee.

    By signing this agreement, our club also confirms that we will not approach ground authorities (e.g., township or county officials) to seek permits for any grounds designated as NJPLT20 or NJPLT20 member club grounds.
